STEP 1 – Overview of Project
This is an obligation free meeting where we discuss:
- What you are wanting to achieve with your project
- What part of the process are you at (e.g. have you got plans drawn up)
- What overall look, design and outcome you have planned
- When you are wanting to start and be finished by
- What your expectations are in terms of project and specifications
- Budget
After this meeting we will give you what would be required to get your project underway and prepare you a quote to move into the next step.
STEP 2 – Concept Design and Rough Cost Estimate
STEP 3 – Working drawings, including structural drawings and specification list
STEP 4 – Contracts drawn up and quotation or cost plus contracts agreed and signed
STEP 5 – Submission to council, issuing of building permit and construction start
STEP 6 – Handover project
